about us happy panda teas is a small company consisting of just two people: troy howard and grace wei. all of our teas are hand selected and taste tested to ensure that they are of the highest quality available. we don't use fancy packaging or spend money on marketing, advertising, or anything else for that matter. we don't go through three or four different middle men to import the tea. we don't order large quantities and store them until someone buys them. we don't have a retail store. what this means to you, is that our teas are very inexpensive compared to most importers. they are also very fresh. the downsides are that they come in boring packages, and take a little while to get. troy is in america, grace is in china. you give troy the order for the tea, troy asks grace to buy it and ship it, then troy gives it to you either in person or by mail. it's a simple process. it's personal. you can ask for a sample of anything you want, and we'll send enough to make a cup or two for free. you can ask for any tea, wether it's on our list or not, as we'll do our best to find it for you. you can just tell troy what you like and don't like, and he'll recommend something for you. you can come to one of our tea tasting parties, and enjoy a very interesting evening with a bunch of cool people, and try out a lot of nice teas and food to match! we hope you'll decide that happy panada teas give you a different and more rewarding experience that just buying a product from a retail vendor. enjoy! you can contact us at: illium37@yahoo.com thanks!
