1998, White Rim trail in Canyonlands Utah. 103 miles in 3 easy days, with sag rover and beer. Or maybe the Portal cutoff of the Poison Spider Mesa on the same trip, I didn't break my gripshift until the last ender, and it kept working. Or maybe in 1997 when Pauli and I got lost and got a ride back to camp from the Nature Conservancy sweetie in the Catskills. Don't tell Sara. |
